The Plainfield Town Court is a court of limited jurisdiction, where traffic infractions, ordinance violations and criminal misdemeanor cases are heard and decided. If you wish to pay by debit/credit card, please be aware that this goes through a 3rd party vendor and it takes a MINIMUM of 7 BUSINESS days for us to receive your payment.  If your payment is due before that time, we will decline your payment and your license may be subject to suspension. Monday through Friday
9:00 to 11:00 AM and 12:30 to 4:30 PM

Phone hours are:
Monday and Wednesday
12:30 to 5:30 PM

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
8:30 to 11:00 AM and 12:30 to 5:00 PM.

Court offices are closed on holidays.
